Description of Program and Relief
Beyond Hunger’s Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry
During the COVID-19 outbreak, Beyond Hunger is distributing food at its Oak Park River Forest Pantry to individuals living in 13 zip codes across Cook County, including portions of Chicago and its near-west Suburbs.

Saturdays, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
1st Wednesday of the month, 3:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.; all other Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m.–5 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Households may visit the Food Pantry once a calendar month and must provide:

A photo ID;

Proof of address in the service area with one of the following 13 zip codes: 60130, 60131, 60141, 60171, 60176, 60301, 60302, 60304, 60305, 60402, 60644, 60651 and 60707. If the individual’s photo ID does not have proof of address, the individual must bring a current utility bill, mortgage, lease, letter from landlord, or voter registration card.
Although proof of income is not required, individuals will be asked to sign a form to verify that they meet Annual Income Guidelines as set by the Illinois Emergency Food Assistance Program, which is as follows:

Family of 1: $1799 or less /month gross;

Family of 2: $2425 or less /month gross;

Family of 3: $3051 or less /month gross;

Family of 4: $3677 or less /month gross;

Family of 5: $4303 or less /month gross;

Family of 6: $4929 or less /month gross;

Family of 7: $5555 or less /month gross;
-
Family of 8: $6181 or less/month gross;
-
For each additional household member over 8, add $625.
