Restructuring partners Alice Eaton, Brian Hermann and Bob Britton will each participate in panel discussions as part of the 2024 Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference.
Alice will participate in the panel, “You Can, but Should You?” which will consider the time and place for creditors and debtors to employ or demur certain tactics, including board sweeps, revolver draws, retentions and governance rights, among others. Bob will speak on “Restructurings in the Power and Renewable Energy Markets,” which will explore the unique financial considerations in out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcies for highly regulated, capital-intensive power and energy businesses. Brian will speak on “CLO’s Influence on Restructuring Strategy & Execution,” which will focus on how collateralized loan obligations investment guidelines, issuer-concentration limits and restrictions on additional liquidity will continue to impact out of court and chapter 11 processes moving forward.
The conference will take place in New York City on February 23. Alice’s panel will take place at 9 a.m. ET; Brian’s panel is set for 3 p.m. ET; and Bob’s panel will be at 2 p.m. ET.
