The January issue of The American Lawyer takes a look at the most interesting bankruptcy cases of 2010, highlighting Paul, Weiss's work on behalf of Major League Baseball when the owner of the Texas Rangers claimed the team insolvent. The Rangers became the center of a bidding war that ended with a group headed by Hall of Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan purchasing the team for $593 million this past August.
