Lennar to Acquire Rausch Coleman Homes

Paul, Weiss is advising Lennar Corporation, a $45 billion publicly traded homebuilder, in its acquisition of Rausch Coleman Homes, a residential homebuilder based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Under the terms of the deal, Lennar will acquire Rausch Coleman’s homebuilding operations and intends to assign the purchase of, and option, Rausch Coleman’s land assets with a third party. The deal will expand Lennar’s footprint into new markets in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Kansas and Missouri while adding to its existing footprint in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Florida. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, were not disclosed.
