Bain Capital to Acquire Namirial

Paul, Weiss is advising Bain Capital on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Namirial, a leading provider of digital transaction management software solutions, from Italian private equity firm Ambienta. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
