Lindsey Wiersma to Co-Chair and Matthew Goldstein to Speak at PLI’s Annual Private Equity Forum

Private funds partner Lindsey Wiersma will co-chair, and private funds partner Matthew Goldstein will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s 25th Annual Private Equity Forum. Lindsey will deliver opening remarks and participate in three panels, “Diversity and Inclusion in the Private Equity Industry,” examining implicit and explicit bias in PE; “Impact Funds, Sustainable Investing and ESG,” providing an overview of the ESG developments in private equity funds and the emerging regulatory landscape for ESG or social impact funds; and “Fund Finance,” discussing the evolving fund finance market, including the advantages and challenges of various fund finance products.
Matt will participate in a panel, “Fund Terms and Trends,” addressing the evolving market for private equity terms, challenges of fundraising in the current market and fundraising trends.
The event will take place in New York City and will be livestreamed on April 29 and 30.
