Udi Grofman and Matthew Goldstein to Speak at Practising Law Institute Private Funds Program

Corporate partners Udi Grofman and Matthew Goldstein will participate in the “Advanced Issues in Private Funds 2024” program hosted by the Practising Law Institute. Udi will serve as chair of the program and deliver opening remarks. Matthew will moderate a panel, “Private Fund GC,” which will cover the most pressing issues confronting fund managers today and what managers can expect in the year to come.
The program brings together experts from leading law and investment management firms to discuss fundraising strategy for sponsors, techniques and mechanisms for fund managers to create liquidity and capital, and the biggest legal challenges facing today’s market.
The event will take place online and in person in New York on July 16 beginning at 9 a.m. ET. Matthew's panel will take place at 3:45 p.m. ET.
