Paul, Weiss clients CIBC World Markets Corp. and BMO Capital Markets Corp., as co-lead underwriters, and Raymond James Ltd., UBS Securities Canada Inc. and Salman Partners Inc., as co-managers, closed yesterday on an offering of $116.8 million of common stock in Canada and the U.S. by Silvercorp Metals Inc.
