RIB Software AG, a German software company serving the construction industry, completed its initial public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The London office worked with German co-counsel Noerr on this global offering, which was passported into Luxembourg under the EU Prospectus Directive to permit the prospectus to be published in English only.
