InterDigital Completes $200 Million Equity Tender Offer

InterDigital, Inc., a global developer of mobile and video technologies that are at the core of devices, networks and services worldwide, successfully completed its modified "Dutch auction" tender offer for $200 million of the company's common stock. The company purchased 9.2% of its outstanding shares in the offer, which was significantly oversubscribed, resulting in a per-share purchase price well below the upper-bound of the price range. Jefferies LLC acted as dealer manager in the offer.
