Corporate partner Andrew Foley discussed the JOBS Act and Dodd-Frank compliance at Canadian conferences on October 18 and October 23, respectively. Andrew spoke about the JOBS Act at the Authorite des Marches Financiere's 21st Annual Securities Summit in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. At the 22nd Annual Securities Superconference in Toronto, Andrew joined a panel on "Meeting the Regulatory Demands of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act for Canadian and Cross-Listed Companies."
