Paul, Weiss Secures Temporary Child Support Order on Behalf of Pro Bono Client

Paul, Weiss obtained an order of temporary child support on behalf of a low-income, non-English speaking client. The court-ordered child support will increase our client’s income by nearly 50%, substantially improving her ability to care for her child while the court conducts proceedings to determine a final order of child support.
The Paul, Weiss team included litigation associate Naz Wehrli and was supervised by litigation partner Catherine Nyarady.
