On December 6, corporate associate Frank Steinherr and Rolando Gonzalez of The Legal Aid Society's Civil Practice Program co-chaired a CLE pro bono program called "Advising Micro-Entrepreneur." The seminar focused on the practical and substantive issues arising in connection with representing micro-entrepreneur clients, including choice of entity, capital structure, and tax, employment and intellectual property considerations.
