Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the July 28 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses Weinstein v. Islamic Republic of Iran, in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed an order of the District Court for the Eastern District of New York appointing a receiver to attach property of Bank Melli Iran in satisfaction of a prior judgment against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
