Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the September 29 issue of the New York Law Journal. In this article, the authors conduct their 26th annual review of the performance in the United States Supreme Court of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. They also briefly discuss the Second Circuit decisions scheduled for Supreme Court review during the new term.
