Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the November 25 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit's decision in In Re DDAVP Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation, which opened the door for direct purchaser plaintiffs to assert antitrust claims against companies using certain invalid patents to monopolize the market.
