Joe Simons Publishes Article in The CPI Antitrust Journal on Critical Loss Analysis
May 19, 2010
Litigation partner Joe Simons co-authored the article "Critical Loss v. Diversion Analysis: Another Attempt at Consensus" with Malcolm Coate, an economist at the Federal Trade Commission, which was published in the April 2010 issue of The CPI Antitrust Chronicle. The article is a follow-up to the authors' previous article, "Critical Loss v. Diversion Analysis: Clearing up the Confusion," published in the December 2009 issue of the same journal and it replies to comments by the chief economists of the FTC and DOJ on the earlier article.
