Joe Simons Co-Publishes Article In The Antitrust Source

Litigation partner Joe Simons co-published an article in the August 2010 issue of The Antitrust Source titled "Unilateral Effects with Differentiated Consumer Products: A Response to Werden." This article is a response to Gregory Werden of the DOJ, who challenged an earlier article by Joe and his co-author explaining why Upward Pricing Pressure and other unilateral effects models are not reliable for merger analysis.
