Litigation partner Aidan Synnott and associate William Michael co-authored an article discussing the implications of the United States Supreme Court's ruling in Wal-Mart v. Dukes for federal antitrust class actions. The Court ruled that "one of the most expansive class actions ever" had been improperly certified under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and (b). The article appears in the August issue of The CPI Antitrust Chronicle.
