Aidan Synnott and William Michael Contribute Chapter on U.S. Antitrust Law to The Public Competition Enforcement Review
June 5, 2019
Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and William Michael wrote the “United States” chapter in the 11th edition of The Public Competition Enforcement Review. The chapter discusses recent developments in, and the outlook for, the U.S. Department of Justice’s and U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s enforcement of antitrust laws, including merger enforcement and competitive issues related to technology and digital platforms. Aidan also wrote the preface for this edition. Practice management attorney Mark Laramie and associates Maxwell Kosman and Jonathan Silberstein-Loeb contributed to the researching and drafting of the chapter. Aidan serves as editor of the Review, which includes chapters discussing recent developments in competition enforcement from 26 jurisdictions around the globe.
