Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael Write Chapter on U.S. Antitrust Developments in The Public Competition Enforcement Review
April 5, 2022
Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael wrote the “United States” chapter in the 14th edition of The Public Competition Enforcement Review. The chapter discusses recent developments in, and the outlook for, the U.S. Department of Justice’s and U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s enforcement of antitrust laws, including merger investigations and litigation, and recent and ongoing conduct cases involving labor markets, tech platforms, government procurement and pharmaceuticals. Aidan is also the editor of the Review and wrote the preface for this edition. The Review is an annual survey of developments in public competition law enforcement in jurisdictions worldwide. Practice management attorney Mark Laramie contributed to the researching and drafting of the chapter and the preface.
