Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael Publish “USA” Chapter in The Public Competition Enforcement Review
April 4, 2023
Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael wrote the “USA” chapter in the 15th edition of The Public Competition Enforcement Review. The chapter discusses significant cases, recent developments, and the outlook for the Department of Justice’s and Federal Trade Commission’s enforcement of antitrust laws, including regarding cartels, restrictive agreements and dominance, and merger review. Aidan is also the editor of the Review and wrote the preface for this edition.
The Review is an annual survey of developments in public competition law enforcement in jurisdictions worldwide. Practice management attorney Mark Laramie contributed to the researching and drafting of the chapter and the preface.
