Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael co-wrote the “USA” chapter in the 2024 edition of In-Depth: Public Competition Enforcement. The chapter discusses significant cases, recent developments, and the outlook for the Department of Justice’s and Federal Trade Commission’s enforcement of antitrust laws, including recent merger challenges, monopolization cases and criminal antitrust matters. Aidan also served as editor of the publication and wrote the preface for this edition.
In-Depth: Public Competition Enforcement is an annual survey of developments in public competition law enforcement in jurisdictions worldwide. Practice management attorney Mark Laramie and litigation associate Thomas Rucker contributed to the researching and drafting of the chapter and the preface.
