Staff attorney Mark Laramie and associates Maxwell Kosman and Jonathan Silberstein-Loeb contributed to the researching and drafting of the chapter. Aidan serves as editor of the Review, which includes chapters discussing recent developments in competition enforcement from 26 jurisdictions around the globe.
