Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and Andrew Finch have co-authored the "United States" chapter in the recently published eighth edition of The Public Competition Enforcement Review. The chapter discusses recent developments in, and the outlook for, the U.S. Department of Justice's and U.S. Federal Trade Commission's enforcement of antitrust laws, including actions relating to mergers, criminal antitrust cases and civil non-merger actions. Staff attorney Mark Laramie and former associate Rosalía Martinez Rial contributed greatly to the researching and drafting of the chapter. Aidan serves as editor of theReview, which includes chapters discussing recent developments in competition enforcement from 29 jurisdictions around the globe.
