Litigation partner Aidan Synnott appeared on "The Firm," a business news program produced by CNBC TV 18 in India, to discuss the U.S. perspective on cartel cases, including the success of the leniency program administered by the Department of Justice. As a result of this program, Aidan told "The Firm," "many cartels are revealed by participants. Indeed, of the $6 billion in fines the government has collected in the last 15 years, about 90% of those fines are directly attributable to the amnesty program and to participants in the program."
