Litigation partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will participate in a panel, “Does Economics Matter in Criminal Antitrust Cases?” presented by the ABA’s Antitrust Law Section as part of its 2023 Antitrust Spring Meeting. The program will focus on the legal and practical issues involved in introducing economic evidence in a criminal antitrust trial, including in three significant recent trials.
The ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting is the largest gathering of competition, consumer protection and data privacy professionals globally, with lawyers, academics, economists, enforcers, journalists, and students from around the world.
