Litigation partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel moderated a panel, “Best Practices for Working with DOJ During an Antitrust Investigation,” on January 24, hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Litigation Committee at The University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.
The panel featured current and former senior officials at the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, who discussed best practices and strategies for working with the division during criminal antitrust investigations, including building effective communication channels; document preservation and management; compliance and risk mitigation; and negotiation and settlement strategies, among others.
