Nicole Kar and Tee St. Matthew-Daniel to Discuss Merger Control and Antitrust Enforcement at Brussels Conference

Antitrust partners Nicole Kar and Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will chair discussions at the “Rebooting Competition Policy” conference in Brussels hosted by Paul Weiss, Oxera and MLex. Nicole will moderate a panel, “Reforming Merger Control to Boost Competitiveness and Growth,” and Tee will participate in a fireside chat, “U.S. Antitrust at a Crossroads,” with Bill Kovacic, professor of global competition law and policy at George Washington University.

The event features decision-makers and experts who are shaping the competition policy landscape and engages with the challenges and opportunities in the rapidly changing world of merger control and antitrust enforcement.

The conference will take place in Brussels on March 11. Nicole’s panel will take place at 2 p.m. CET/8 a.m. ET, and Tee’s panel will take place at 6 p.m. CET/12 p.m. ET.
