Litigation partner Meredith Dearborn will participate in a webinar, “Proprietary Interfaces and Technological Tying,” hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. The panel will cover recent antitrust concerns around whether product innovation that involves connecting products through software or hardware interfaces constitutes an unlawful tie. The panel will also examine the elements of a technological tying claim and the role of IP in analyzing such claims.
