Josh Soven to Discuss New Antitrust Legislation in Health Care at ABA Conference

Litigation partner Josh Soven will participate in a panel, “The Proliferation of New Antitrust Legislation,” as part of the ABA’s 2022 Antitrust in Healthcare Conference. Panelists will discuss recent developments in federal and state legislation, and how these changes may play out in courts, influence health care M&A and alter companies’ approaches to business strategy and compliance. Josh will be joined by fellow panelists Marc Lanoue, chief antitrust and competition counsel to U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, and Katie Tenoever, senior vice president and general counsel at the Federation of American Hospitals.
The panel, which offers CLE credit, will be held on June 3 at 11:15 a.m. ET at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia.
