Litigation associate Daniel Gao will host a panel, “The Latest on Unfair Methods of Competition,” sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section and Unfair Competition Committee. The panel will provide an overview of law relating to unfair methods of competition, including the scope of conduct covered by Section 5 of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Act and state analogues, as well as the FTC’s role in enforcement.
