Litigation partner Bill Isaacson will participate in a panel, “Special Considerations in Litigating an Antitrust Case,” as part of the American Bar Association’s 2024 Antitrust Law & Economics Institute for Federal Judges. The Institute is a three-day program for an audience of federal judges that addresses the full range of antitrust law and economics, and covers procedural and case management issues unique to antitrust litigation.
Bill’s panel will take place at the University of California Berkeley School of Law on June 4.
