Litigation partner Andrew Finch will participate in a panel, “Merger Efficiencies and the Road Ahead: Where Do Labor, Dynamic Efficiencies and the Public Interest Fit In?,” as part of Fordham Law School’s 48th Annual International Antitrust Law and Policy Conference. The three-day event—widely recognized as one of the premier events in the field—brings together antitrust agency heads and leading academics, practitioners and in-house counsel from around the globe.
The event will take place in New York from September 29 – October 1.
