Andrew’s panel, “Regulatory Issues Every M&A Lawyer Should Consider When a Client is Making an Inbound Investment in the U.S.,” will identify critical issues in antitrust and national security law related to current inbound investment scrutiny by the U.S. government, and will suggest ways for counsel to provide more consistent guidance to clients running the complex regulatory gauntlet of federal reviews of inbound investment.
