Litigation partner Andrew Finch spoke on a panel, “DOJ: Is Enforcement Policy Really Being Transformed?” at the Mercatus Center’s Second Annual Antitrust Forum: Policy in Transition at George Mason University in Virginia. The conference featured presentations by former and current leaders of the Federal Trade Commission and the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, who put into perspective the legal and economic policy ramifications of major enforcement, legislative and policy initiatives in the antitrust space over the last year.
