The Burton Awards will recognize litigation partner Brette Tannenbaum and associate Megan Gao as 2024 “Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award” winners for their article “FTC Faces Criticism of Non-Compete Clause Rule, Prepares for Legal Challenges,” published in the Daily Journal. The annual award recognizes authors from the largest U.S. law firms for their excellence in legal writing over the past year.
The Burton Awards are held in association with the Library of Congress, presented by lead sponsor Law360 and co-sponsored by the American Bar Association. Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in Washington on May 20.
