Litigation partners Bill Michael, Bob Atkins and Jacqui Rubin, were recognized by The American Lawyer’s “Litigation Daily” column for their appellate victory in a significant antitrust lawsuit.
On March 18, they won a major appeal in the Seventh Circuit for Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), when the court upheld the dismissal of a long-running antitrust class action brought on behalf of hospitals and healthcare providers in the U.S. accusing client BD of conspiring with distributors to inflate the prices of syringes and IV catheters.
