Litigation partners Bill Isaacson and Karen Dunn and counsel Amy Mauser were recognized by The American Lawyer’s “Litigation Daily” column for their litigation victory in a significant antitrust lawsuit.
On March 18, representing Amazon, they secured the dismissal of a major antitrust lawsuit filed by the D.C. Attorney General challenging Amazon’s pricing policies nationwide. The lawsuit is the first brought by a government entity in the United States challenging Amazon’s pricing policies and business model.
