Charles Sucher is an associate in the Litigation Department with experience in a wide range of complex civil and regulatory matters. Charles has litigated and advised clients on a wide variety of matters across practice areas, including antitrust, securities, contract disputes, data security and privacy, regulatory investigations and proceedings, and employment law. He has represented leading companies and institutions across various industries, particularly in the fields of finance and technology, and has also represented members of special committees of companies’ boards of directors.

Charles has substantial experience with the various aspects of civil litigation — from the outset of litigation, through the appeals process — and with helping clients navigate complex regulatory investigations and proceedings. He maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a particular focus on incarcerated client representations and civil rights matters. Charles also served as a secondee in the Litigation and Regulatory Proceeding Group at Goldman Sachs.
