Sofia Martos to Participate in ESG Webinar Hosted by Refinitiv

On June 8, ESG associate Sofia Martos will participate in a webinar, “A Tale of Two Approaches: Comparing ESG Disclosure Frameworks in the EU and U.S.,” hosted by Refinitiv, one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure. Alongside other speakers, Sofia will discuss the latest ESG-related regulatory developments in the EU, including the rollout of EU Taxonomy, the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and how an ESG reporting regime led by U.S. regulators might take shape, among other topics.

Paul, Weiss has partnered with Refinitiv on several projects, including the 2020 U.S. Policymaker ESG Primer, a chapter in Refinitiv’s 2021 ESG Playbook and, most recently, a webinar on the current ESG investing landscape in the U.S.
