Description of Program and Relief

Medicaid

This program reimburses medical services for people with disabilities, 65 years old or older, children and their caretakers and pregnant women who meet certain eligibility and financial requirements. Although no specific guidance has issued with respect to COVID-19, affected families may qualify if they meet eligibility requirements (below).

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

In order to qualify, the applicant must be a resident of the state of Wyoming, a U.S. national, citizen, permanent resident or legal alien. The applicant must also be 65 years of age or older, pregnant, a parent or relative caretaker of dependent child(ren) 19 years old or younger, disabled, or have a family member in his/her household with a disability. In addition, an applicant must demonstrate that his/her annual household income is below the prescribed maximum household income level (which varies based on household size).
