Description of Program and Relief
Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP)
Provides eligible children with nutritious meals and snacks in child care centers and family day care homes, as well as to eligible adults in adult care centers. The list of participating institutions in Wyoming by county is available here: https://edu.wyoming.gov/beyond-the-classroom/nutrition/cacfp/. Although no specific guidance has issued with respect to COVID-19, affected families may qualify if they meet eligibility requirements (below).

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Individuals may avail themselves of free meals at certain day care centers or homes if they are : (1) infants and children in child care centers, family day care homes, or other early education facilities through age 12, (2) children of migrant workers in child care centers, family day care homes or other early education facilities through age 15, (3) physically and mentally disabled persons receiving care in a center where most children are 18 years old and under, or (4) adults in non-residential day care settings.
