Description of Program and Relief

Grab and Go Student Meals

The Salt Lake City School District is providing free student meals at various locations. Each weekday, families will be able to pick up sack lunches which can be eaten immediately, and a sack breakfast to be refrigerated and eaten by the student the following morning. In addition, some locations are now offering sack dinners on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This program is free and available for all children, ages 0-18. Meal benefit status and school enrollment is not required. Meal pick-up is available Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Student meals will continue to be provided through August 19, 2020.

To ensure safety, all meals will be delivered directly to the family’s vehicle. For those without a vehicle, walk-up service is also available. Special meal requirements can be accommodated upon request. Please contact Brianna.Hardisty@slcschools.org with concerns about food allergies.
