Description of Program and Relief
Waiver of Expiration Date for Driver Licenses
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) to temporarily waive expiration date for driver licenses, commercial driver licenses, and other forms of state issued identification.

Suspension will be in effect until 60 days after the DPS provides further public notice that normal operations have resumed.
Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
All current holders of driver licenses, commercial driver licenses, and certain forms of state-issued identification.
