Temporary Outdoor Dining Permits

The City of Cleveland has established guidelines and regulations for permitted businesses to use private parking lots, streets and on-street parking areas as outdoor restaurant spaces. Businesses must obtain permits for outdoor dining. No fee is charged for submitting a permit application.

Applicants must be in compliance with State and local health requirements intended to slow or prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
