Description of Program and Relief
Rescheduling of Toledo Housing Court Cases
The Toledo Municipal Housing court is open with restrictions, and has issued the following information with respect to its schedule:

All currently scheduled setouts and lockouts will be stayed 8 days from the currently scheduled date.

All currently scheduled eviction hearings will be continued after May 30, 2020.
-
All cases on the criminal housing docket set on or before April 15, 2020 will be reset.
-
Hearings for rent escrow and TRO cases will continue as scheduled.
-
Notice with the rescheduled dates and times will be mailed to all parties.
