Cleveland, Ohio: Extension of City Income Tax Filing Deadline

The filing and payment due for individuals and calendar year net profit filers for tax year 2019 has been extended to July 15, 2020. Additionally, the 2020 first and second quarter estimate due dates are now both extended to July 15, 2020.

Effective immediately.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

The extension is available for individuals and calendar year net profit filers, as well as filers with estimates that would otherwise be due in the first and second quarter of 2020.

The filing extension does not relieve any taxpayer’s past or present obligation to pay taxes.
