Description of Program and Relief

Public Utility Relief – Telecommunications

Certain telecommunication companies (Verizon, Comcast, AT&T, and CenturyLink) are suspending non-payment disconnects and eliminating late fees for individuals and small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Comcast, AT&T, and CenturyLink are also providing open Wi-Fi hot spots to anyone who needs them and suspending data usage limits.

Must be a pre-existing customer of one of the participating telecommunications companies.
