Description of Program and Relief

Temporary Suspension of School District Residency Requirements for Offsite Learning

Pursuant to Governor Bullock’s July 31, 2020 Executive Directive, Montana school districts are permitted to provide educational services via electronic means to pupils who (a) meet the residency requirements for the district, (b) reside in the same county as the district, or (c) reside in a school district immediately adjacent to the district.
